Visa Documentation Support, Honestly Scoped

We prepare your file properly and tell you the truth about what that can and cannot do. The decision always sits with the consulate.

What the support actually covers.

Most refusals are consistency problems rather than money problems. A file that agrees with itself is most of the work.

  • The right category and the full checklist for your destination and passport
  • A document review before submission, while there is still time to fix things
  • Cover letter and day-wise itinerary formatted the way a consulate expects to read it
  • Appointment timelines, and a realistic lead time for your travel date
  • Guidance on bank statements and ITRs, including how to explain a large deposit
  • An accommodation trail with no unexplained gaps, which is where most files fall down

Three columns, including the one most companies leave out.

What we help with

  • Category and checklist for your destination
  • Document review before submission
  • Cover letter and itinerary formatting
  • Appointment slots and timelines
  • Bank statement and ITR guidance

What we need from you

  • Passport valid 6+ months past travel
  • Recent photographs to spec
  • Bank statements and employment proof
  • Honest travel history
  • Four to six weeks of lead time

What we never promise

  • That a visa will be approved
  • A faster decision than the consulate gives
  • Any document we have not verified
  • Workarounds for a previous refusal
  • A guaranteed appointment date

We are a travel company, not a visa agency. The decision always sits with the consulate — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something.

The mistakes that cause most avoidable refusals.

  • Applying to the wrong country. You apply where you spend the most nights, not where the appointment is free
  • An itinerary that does not match the bookings. Officers check this line by line
  • A large deposit in the month before applying, with no explanation attached
  • Insurance that ends before the return flight, instead of covering the whole stay
  • A night unaccounted for because of an overnight train or a friend’s place
  • Buying non-refundable flights before the visa is decided

Lead times, realistically.

The appointment queue is usually the constraint, not the decision.

Schengen and the UK

Ten to twelve weeks before travel is comfortable. In peak season the appointment itself is what disappears first.

South East Asia

Four to six weeks is usually enough, and several destinations run e-visa systems that move faster.

Visa on arrival

Still worth preparing for. Carry the documents the counter can ask for rather than assuming it is a formality.

Send us your dates and your passport details.

We will tell you the category, the checklist and the honest lead time within one working day.
