What does planning cost?
Custom planning is charged as a flat fee based on trip length and number of travellers, quoted before any work starts. Group trips are priced per person on the trip page. We do not take a cut of your bookings, which is why our recommendations can be honest.
How far ahead should I contact you?
Six to eight weeks for domestic, ten to twelve for international with a visa. We take shorter timelines when we genuinely can — we will tell you straight away if we cannot do it well.
What happens after I send this?
You get an email confirming what you sent. Within one working day a planner replies with questions about pace, food and comfort. Once those are answered you get a scope and a fee, and only then does planning start.
