1. Booking Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 3 days of booking are eligible for a refund (after transaction charges).
  • No refund for cancellations after 3 days from booking date.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • No refund for “No Show” travelers.
  • No refund once the tour has started.
  • Non-refundable services (like flights or hotels) will be deducted from refund amount.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your trip before 7 days of travel, subject to availability and applicable charges.
